30 Day Challenge Update
Remember the 30 Day Challenge I posted last week? If you are new here here's a quick summary, the 30 Day challenge includes you setting down five tasks to get done everyday and the tasks are changed every single day. Plot twist, if you fail to complete the list one day, you start over from Day 1. Ok now for the update. It's been 13 days since I personally started the challenge, so I'm surely in a better position to make any comments about the challenge. First things first, I did not give up on the completion of the tasks any day and currently I haven't had to start over again yet. Over the span of last 13 days, I witnessed my daily routine changing for the better. I've had one task which I kept repeating every single day —waking up by 8am. Thus, the me who couldn't wake up until 10am few days back has started waking up by 8am. Honestly, this has helped a lot because now I have a lot more time in my hand as I start the day early.
